Most viewers can watch without any issues. If the video stops abruptly and you see a message such as “HLS 3 error” it’s usually a problem with your device, browser, or internet connection (not the broadcast itself).

Quick fix (try these first)

1. Refresh the page and try again.
2. Try a different browser (Chrome is a recommended browser though others should work).
3. Clear your browser’s cache, then reopen the stream.
4. Turn off ad blockers, VPNs, or firewall apps (if you use them). Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled.
5. Check your network speed at www.speedtest.net. If possible switch networks or devices (e.g., from Wi-Fi to cellular, or try a phone/tablet/another computer).
6. Try watching the livestream on our Facebook page instead of our website.

If you’re on a work/school/hotel network

Some networks block streaming. If possible, try:

• Using your home Wi-Fi or cellular data instead.
• Asking your IT/network team to allow streaming video.

Older devices/browsers

Very old devices or browsers may not support our video format. Updating your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) often fixes this.
